What is the refund policy for music events?

Accepted Answer

Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. Between 7 days and 48 hours before the event, a 50% refund is offered. No refunds within 48 hours of the event start time.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Accepted Answer

Yes, tickets can be transferred to another person up to 24 hours before the event. Go to "My Tickets" in your profile, select the ticket, and use the "Transfer" option. The recipient will receive a new QR code.

What items are prohibited at concert venues?

Accepted Answer

Prohibited items include professional cameras, outside food and beverages, weapons of any kind, glass containers, large bags (over 30cm), drones, and laser pointers. Small personal bags and phones are allowed.

Is there Wi-Fi available at the conference venue?

Accepted Answer

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available for all ticket holders. Connect to the "EventifyConf" network and use your ticket confirmation code to authenticate.

Keynote sessions and main stage talks will be recorded and available on our YouTube channel within 2 weeks of the event. Workshop recordings are available exclusively to Premium and VIP ticket holders.

Yes, all our venues are wheelchair accessible with ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms. Sign language interpreters are available upon request (please notify us 48 hours in advance).

All food at our events is 100% halal. Vegetarian and vegan options are available at dedicated stalls clearly marked with green signage. Allergen information is displayed at every food stall.

Limited parking is available at the venue (first come, first served). We strongly recommend using ride-sharing services or public transport. VIP and Premium ticket holders have reserved parking spaces.

Yes, please bring your own laptop with the required software pre-installed. Setup instructions will be emailed to all registered participants 3 days before the workshop.

Yes, all participants who complete the full workshop will receive a digital certificate of completion. This will be emailed within 5 business days after the workshop ends.

How does the startup pitch competition work?

Accepted Answer

Selected startups get 5 minutes to pitch followed by 3 minutes of Q&A from the investor panel. Judging criteria include innovation, market potential, team capability, and presentation quality. The top 3 winners share the BDT 5,00,000 prize pool.

What camera equipment should I bring to the photography workshop?

Any DSLR or mirrorless camera will work. Bring your standard zoom lens (24-70mm or equivalent). A tripod is optional but recommended. Smartphones with pro-mode can also be used for parts of the workshop.

Is the street food tour safe for people with food allergies?

Please inform us of any food allergies when booking. Our guides are trained to accommodate allergies and will ensure you skip stalls with potential allergens. We can arrange alternative tastings at each stop.

How can I submit my film for the indie screening event?

Accepted Answer

Submissions are accepted through our online portal at eventify.com/submissions. We accept short films (under 30 minutes) and documentaries (under 60 minutes). Submission deadline is August 31, 2026. A non-refundable submission fee of BDT 500 applies.

What are the medical facilities available at marathon events?

Accepted Answer

Medical aid stations are positioned every 3 kilometers along the route. An ambulance follows the last runner. On-site medical team includes certified paramedics, physiotherapists, and hydration stations with electrolyte drinks.
