Humayun Azam Rewaz

Humayun Azom Rewaz is a director of BotTala and is responsible for communications. He was born and raised in Sandwip. His introduction to music began in childhood under the guidance of his mother.

Since his student life, he has been actively involved in theatre, music, and writing through his association with various social and cultural organizations and institutions. He has a deep interest in the political interpretation of theatre, music, and various elements of folk culture.

In his academic life, he completed both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Studies from the University of Dhaka, and later earned another Master’s degree in Literature and Cultural Studies from ULAB (University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh).

Professionally, he is employed at a leading national-level development organization.
