Rishadur Rahman Rishad

Rishad has been associated with the “Bottola” theatre group since 2021. From an early age, Rishad grew up in a culturally rich environment. His father, Humayun Kabir, is a visually impaired Baul artist and an enlisted Lalon music performer of Bangladesh Television and Bangladesh Betar. Despite being visually impaired, he is highly skilled in playing various musical instruments. He is also a trainer and founding member of the Narsingdi Lalon Academy.

Inspired by his father’s companionship, Rishad has been performing as a child artist since childhood. Like his father, he is also skilled in playing different musical instruments. Being a founding member of the theatre group “Bandhonhara,” Rishad developed a passion for stage drama and acting from an early age.

In 2012, he officially joined the “Bandhonhara” theatre group and has since worked in various stage productions as an actor, set designer, props maker, choreographer, dancer, and fashion model. Later, in 2021, he became associated with Bottola. In Bottola’s stage productions such as Khona, Sokhi Rongomala, and Bonnatheriam, he worked with the music team.
