P.AM ABDE RABBI (PAPPI AYAN)

P.AM ABDE RABBI (PAPPI AYAN) is a student of Narayanganj Government Tolaram College and is professionally involved in journalism. Alongside journalism, he has a strong interest in theatre, acting, and various cultural activities.

With a desire to develop his creativity, gain experience in teamwork, and further develop himself through stage performance, he became involved in theatre. In 2022, he joined Bottala Actors Studio, the acting school of Bottala, where he began practicing theatre actively. The same year, he started his journey with the theatre group Bottala.

In 2022, he made his stage acting debut in a completely fictional play based on an absurd story by Bimal Bandyopadhyay.

With Bottala, he performed in “Brikkhosokha”, a cultural performance as part of the movement to protect Panthakunja. He has also acted with Shobdo Natya Charcha in “Champabati”, and has performed in “Gopal Bhar”, a production for children, as well as the street play “Amader Jonmo Holo”.

Alongside stage theatre, he has also gained experience in television acting. He appeared in “ফাঁদ” (Fand), a regular crime and investigative program on Jamuna Television.

Alongside his professional work in journalism, he continues to explore theatre and acting as a means of developing his creativity, observation skills, confidence, and ability to work collaboratively.
