1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the BotTala platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers and clearly displayed on each event page. BotTala acts as an intermediary and does not independently guarantee refunds.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Reselling tickets at inflated prices (scalping)
• Creating fake accounts or impersonating others
• Interfering with the platform's operation
• Uploading malicious content or engaging in harassment

5. Intellectual Property

All content on BotTala, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by BotTala or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

BotTala is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the platform. Organizers are solely responsible for their events. BotTala's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific ticket in question.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
